The materials we use are always of the highest quality and wherever possible carry a British Standard or British Board of Agreement certificate.

We recognise that the achievement of quality requires rigorous attention to detail during the construction process. Client liaison and on site supervision are areas that are controlled by me personally.

In order to protect both your position and ours, our standard trading terms advocate the use of a Formal Contract. Amongst other things this form of contract makes provision for a five percent retention to be held against the satisfactory completion of the works. Half of this retention is released on completion of the project, with the remainder held for a further period of three months. The purpose of this is to ensure that any defects arising in connection with our work are made good at the end of this three-month defects period.

We are members of the National House Building Council and Federation of Master Builders, and as responsible contractors carry both Public Liability and Employers Liability insurance cover for £1,000,000 and £10,000,000 respectively.

It is our policy to keep the site clean and tidy during construction so that you are able to view the progress, and to thoroughly clean the completed project so that you may enjoy the benefits immediately.
